There are 150-200 people in the company, with a plant area of 4000 square meters. There are four categories of products: hair straighteners, straightening combs, curling irons, hair extensions, etc. All our products are independently developed, with a R&D team of 6-10 people, and senior ID engineers, structure engineers, and electronic engineers, product engineers, test engineers, etc.; with QC team 10-15 people, including SQE, QE, QA, DQE, IQC, IPQC and so on with a complete QC system. We have our own injection workshop, all plastic parts are produced by our factory, so the quality and leadtime are both guaranteed. Currently there are more than 300 molds and 6-12 injection molding machines. Our factory are equipped with 8 fully automatic assembly lines, with a monthly production capacity of 80000-100000pcs.<\/p>\r\n
